      1.Impeller

      The impeller adopts a single suction,closed,and efficient impeller,which is divided into left and right rotating impellers,symmetrically arranged with the discharge section as the center.The impeller is keyed to the shaft.

      2.Suction and discharge sections

      Suction section:The impeller is symmetrically arranged back to back,with a segmented structure.According to the different suction directions,it is divided into axial suction(without bearing frame at the suction end)and side suction(with front bearing frame).The discharge section has two outlet flanges,where the flange on the side is connected to the flange on the suction section(non drive side)through a guide pipe component to achieve liquid flow transition between reverse impellers.The outlet flange facing upwards in the middle is the outlet of the pump.The transition of liquid flow between impellers in the same direction is achieved through guide vanes.

      3.Pump body mouth ring/impeller mouth ring

      Including suction section mouth ring,guide vane mouth ring,middle section mouth ring,pump body mouth ring and impeller mouth ring are all vulnerable parts and can be replaced;The pump body mouth ring and impeller mouth ring are fixed by using anti rotation pins and spot welding,or by using riding screws and riveting;All sealing ring materials are high wear-resistant and high hardness materials;

      4.Intermediate bearing sleeve and intermediate sleeve

      The intermediate shaft sleeve is installed between two adjacent opposing impellers and connected to the shaft through a key;The intermediate sleeve forms a small gap with the intermediate shaft sleeve,and there is a pressure difference between the opposing impellers on both sides of the gap,generating a certain axial force that points towards the driving side;All intermediate shaft sleeves and intermediate sleeve materials are high wear-resistant and high hardness materials:the intermediate sleeve is made of copper alloy material,and the intermediate shaft sleeve is made of hard alloy.The intermediate shaft sleeve and intermediate sleeve form a pair of sliding bearings,and the lubrication of the bearings is in the form of self-lubrication.

      5.Throttle shaft sleeve and throttle sleeve

      The throttling shaft sleeve is installed on the suction inlet side of the impeller on the non driving(high-pressure)side and connected to the shaft through a key;The throttle sleeve is installed on the suction section(non driving side),forming a small gap with the throttle shaft sleeve.The axial force generated by the pressure difference on both sides of the gap points towards the non driving side;The material of the throttle shaft sleeve and throttle sleeve is high wear resistance and high hardness material.

      6.Axis

      The shaft adopts a rigid shaft design.To facilitate installation and disassembly of the impeller and shaft sleeve,the surface of the shaft is chrome plated with 0.05-0.08mm.

      7.Bearings

      The bearings are angular contact ball bearings installed back to back,which withstand residual axial forces.
